WORKAROUND: Open a terminal on the compute server and type

supervisorctl tail -f openwebui

In particular, this lets you see the initial dockercompose installation the first time you ever start openwebui, which takes a few minutes.

I just checked on this random T4 in us-central1-a and it took just under 3 minutes for openwebui to fully download, install, and start running.
