Mails sent from UNITS , from dropdown both owner and tenant choice is selected.

When mail is sent thru Units --- Option selected is as Email to ---- Owner and Tenant (both) --- then mail is sent to both of them but addressing the Tenant's name in both the mails.

example - A-107 Tenant receives mail as To "Tenant's name" and owner also receives mail as To "Tenant's name".

Also is there any validation if Owner and Tenant e-mail address is same then on selecting the above choice in Sent mail, system will validate and send only one mail only / irrespectively send 2 mails.
