Incorrect VCF structure resulting in strange labels on iOS

Please have a look at the following issues:

• Remove quotes from TYPE for better external platforms compatibility nextcloud/contacts#1107
• CardDAV contacts have incorrect labels on iOS/macOS monicahq/monica#4704

Both projects use VObject for generating VCards. The bug can be seen on iOS devices where phone numbers get the label "CELL instead of "Phone Number".

@FackelAB looked at this issue (nextcloud/contacts#1107 (comment)) and came to the conclusion that the generated VCF structure might be incorrect.
