I've only recently found this plugin, and I'm already a big fan of it, the way it's implemented and works - great work!

Sadly the <canvas> element currently specifies that a fallback must be made available to meet any accessibility standards, and the <canvas> element is used strictly when appropriate.

I would love to see this project go that extra little mile and make the value printed inside the radial chart read with the use of an assistive technology. It isn't mandatory, but it would allow me to use this plugin in a professional manner.

Because I love the idea, I could do some exploratory work for you. I'm not rich in javascript background, but I have coded and built some projects ground up and I could assist in this addition should it be of interest.

I've been recommended hidden text or ARIA roles after a colleague has had a look, but I believe some hidden text should more than suit the need.

It's still a known problem though. In general, there's no accessible way to implement a <canvas> tag.
