The GIF in 004_git.ipynb causes the page to flash #44

The GIF at the end of 004_git.ipynb causes the page to flash and be unreadable. This isn't a problem at the top of the page and gradually becomes a problem as I scroll down the page.

I have a 2014 MacBook Pro. I'm running MacOs Mojave and Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit).

The problem may be unique to my computer.

@awunderground is this when looking at it on github, in colab, or on your own laptop?

@RZachLamberty github. I saw it happen to my neighbor's computer as well.

It isn't an issue on colab.
