Allow PHP 8.0

Can you reduce the minimal PHP version to 8.0?

@leandrofreire08 I'd like to stick to the latest PHP version if possible. There's nothing stopping this package from using PHP 8.0 but I personally use PHP 8.1.

PHP 8.0 will enter security-fix only mode later this year too.
