Please help. I'm a student & very new to Blockchain!!

After compiling, when I run the command "truffle migrate --network rinkeby reset"
I wont get any bash terminal with the transaction ID's. Instead I see message ">Everything is up to date, there is nothing to compile".
Ho to resolve this issue??
