chown: invalid user: ‘tomcat7:tomcat7’ #8

Hi,
when i start install.sh, after it installs python2.7 i've that error :
chown: invalid user: ‘tomcat7:tomcat7’

i've that ubuntu versione :
Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS Release: 16.04 Codename: xenial
so how can i install it?
