A smart contract that provides Pinning as a Service(PaaS). The pinning service provider will host Rubix tokens on behalf of the token owner. Terms of services such as incentives/ duration are open to be configured by service provider. This will allow token owners to be offline since token availability is guaranteed by the service provider.
