The sign-up web page does not seem to work...

The page https://formr.org/admin/account/register does not seem to offer the possibility to register.
I tried to use different web browsers, but to no avail.
I only see a frame with no input box for login and password or anything:

Hi Alexandre, I'm sorry. There should be a message there that new sign ups for formr.org have been closed, because that virtual machine is at capacity, but a recent release caused a bug where that message is no longer shown. I'll fix that soon.

We now recommend self hosting formr. It's easier for GDPR compliance and unlike providing the service for free, it can scale up.
I know there's some people at FU Berlin who use formr, but I don't think there's a self hosted instance there yet. If you email me at my handle at gmail I'm happy to help you find an instance you can use. If it's not human data (with all the privacy implications that has), there's an easy solution. Btw. big fan of your older evo demo work!
