A lot of PTC residues searches fail due to failed match Doris sequence matches.
If its the spatial location of the PTC proper [ and not the precise euk/bac mapping of the subsequences Doris reports], another way to obtain would be to extrapolate the tRNA locations [where acyl AA is present in some structures] to many.
