Implement whitelists for other classnames #5

We currently have componentWhitelist, but it'd be nice to also have:

elementWhitelist
variantWhitelist
helperWhitelist

For example, when using bootstrap elements like .form-control:

/* .form-control is used as an element here */
.form-field > .controls > .form-control
