Application.ThreadException error when generating p.psarc file, also when closing the program

I updated to the latest build (v2.9.2.1-5a8cb74e) today, and since then I've been unable to generate a p.psarc file. I get the following error:

"Application.ThreadException:
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: source"

I also get this error upon trying to close the program by clicking the X; I can only close it through Task Manager. I've tried deleting all of the program's files and downgrading to an older build, but I have the same error.

That exception on generate should only happen if you have an xml file that is missing a "sections" tag.
