Dear All,
I work with Clostridium butyricum. I have found in 10 genomes out of 34 using checkM a contamination of 17% and completeness of 98% for those genomes when using Unicycler. For those same genomes using SPADEs I obtain 0% contamination and completeness of 98%.
I appreciate your guidance on this topic.
