release repo and branches for moveit2

Hi, there,
I am porting Moveit2 packages to Yocto system based on meta-ros repo. To make a good alignment as Moveit does, Moveit2 also needs a release repo as this ros-gbp/moveit-release, in which archives specific branch for each sub-module.
Could anyone let me know whether this release repo has been already ready for moveit2? or who can help create it?
