As part of ROR schema v2.1, update v2 update-addresses code to support new geonames_details fields country_subdivision_code, country_subdivision_name, continent_code and continent_name, per spec in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qoweZYi_WY6gJDv6eIGgmcBXRCkJdlIdWuywDHUpBzQ
