Investigate ability to produce checksums in the rolie feed #24

Without checksums, periodic replication of the feed is more challenging for the infrastructure as it requires whole re-download of all the entries every time.

It is fairly interesting to see rfc8322 without checksums.

golie clone should skip entry download if the file already exists
