(IOS) Device Freeze on first try

I'm using ionic 5 and this ionic native call number function for my app. The issue i having is when i just installed the app in my iOS device and test the call button, the whole app freeze and able to work normally after reopen the application in my iOS device. In Android this issue does not occur. How can i avoid this from happening
