Everyone using latest cordova needs the changes that are in master, but only v1.0.1 is available on npm.

Please update the npm package so that 1.0.4 is available there.

Someone else has forked this and put it on npm as call-number1 and the version is 1.0.4

I got fed up, applied all the fixes, and uploaded here https://www.npmjs.com/package/@and_roux/call-number
