How to import real-time rendered dynamic wallpaper files from Wallpaper Engine

My friend don't have any pocket money to buy WE, how can i help him?
The wallpaper files structure is just like:

    - shaders
    - preview.gif
    - project.json
    - scene.pkg

I know how to unpack the .pkg file but i don't know how to do with it
