Scenarios with end year 2019 are now breaking and cannot be used as reference cases.

GQueries

Add optional argument to include reference values
When getting GQueries change headers to reference year and end year before merging
Specify default header to include reference in writer

Parameters

Think about robust way to get 2019 values, as default values cannot be assumed to be correct due to changes when copying existing scenarios.

Curves

Exclude curves as there are no reference curves (should be fine).
