File size limits

Having never worked with pocketbase I am not sure where to add in an environment variable for setting the max file upload value. I am trying to get summaries of my TTRPG sessions, which are 3-4 hour audio files that measure almost 2GB in size. If I find how to edit before you get to this issue I will make a PR with the changes
