the project URL (https://jira.riscv.org/browse/RVG-39) returns 404
the link to contributors.adoc in the README should be src/contributors.adoc

RISC-V JIRA URLs have changed. The semihosting spec JIRA link is https://lf-riscv.atlassian.net/browse/RVS-2673

I will update the contributors.adoc link in README when creating final v1.0 spec release.
