Flatpak TTS not working

Im using this on my Oneplus 6t running PostmarketOS.

With the Flatpak everything is fine and dandy, but TTS does not work. Says that TTS not found.
When using the test option it only works after i set the language to german first and press test.
Then the English language also becomes available, but still no TTS in navigation.

Shows TTS as Mimic.
