when click Haroopad, it doesn't run.

I have clicked the app several times but the interface doesnot show up. and it can'y be find in the task manger.

have this issue with 0.13.1 on Windows 10. It does'nt open a window. I can find it in task manager (two haroopad processes) after killing one, the seconnd disappears also and I can launch Haroopad

On windows 7 the first haroopad.exe launches with opening a window (but shows up in taskmanager) and the second launch of haroopad.exe open the application properly. It also will not open a file with -f in the cli
