[WIP] Script to migrate gSpeciesInfo changes from 1.9 to 1.10

Description

Migrates the following changes to gSpeciesInfo files based off 1.9's structure:

• Moved front animations frames to gSpeciesInfo #5605
• Moved mon pic tables to gSpeciesInfo + macro cleanup #5597
  • Replace pic table references to overworld gfx references
  • Add references to sAnimTable_Following
  • Add female overworld data
• Moved Pokémon Jump types to gSpeciesInfo #5602
• Renamed folders and symbols to match species defines #5581
  • Updated defines and labels for:
    • Regional forms
    • Other forms
• Added back GBA sprites via config #5206
  • Front pic size and y offset
  • Back pic size and y offset
  • Icon pal indexes
  • frontAnimId
  • enemyMonElevation
• Add in-battle shadows underneath all enemy battlers #5178
• Added config to disable gender differences #5595
  • Group female data fields together
  • Add P_GENDER_DIFFERENCES preproc
• [-] Migrate missing vanilla Emerald old data from Added back GBA sprites via config #5206 (please let me know if it's out of scope for this PR or if I should continue to aim for it These will be done future PRs
