In this repo I collected all my personal script to work on several tasks. The main focus is statistical analysis of cosmological data, but the tools are pretty flexible. Some scripts are wrappers to use condor scheduler on HTC supercomputers.
The CNN_jfinder folder contains a convolutional neural network model trained to catch phase discontinuities in time-series. This is used for online monitoring of charge-sensitive transmon qubits in voltage sweeps.
