Funannotate creates a JSON info file in the funannotatedb folder which points to the output of pretrained gene callers. This file can be modified to point to GenMark, SNAP and Augustus output from MAKER (if it has run before). Probably a new rule will be necessary to identify and modify the JSON file before funannotate predict is run.
