Is this ready to use?

Hey,

I would like to test this pipeline out on a recently assembled genome. I was just wondering, is this pipeline at a point where it can be tested, or is it still early days? If so, are there a series of steps I can follow to get it going?

I have cloned into annocomba and attempted the set up, but some file names are not what is expected, e.g. data/config.yaml appears as data/config.yaml.template etc.
