Expandable List 3-levels

  1. 3-levels expandable list.

  2. Level 1 - expandable, Level 2 - mark with bold, Level 3 - normal font style

  3. Custom element to show number of unread messages.

  4. ViewInflater is not used due to fixed listitem number.
