At the moment the only reason we keep HockeyApp around is because of the Fastlane integration that makes it very easy to get developers Apple device UUIDs after they have signed up and installed HockeyApp on their devices.

Will take a look at whether same is available with Fabric yet but either way I propose just removing our HockeyApp usage to make it clearer that Fabric is used for internal builds.
