Create "Interests setup" page

Description
A user can select one or more interest and press continue to a placeholder profile setup page. Eventually the user will later be shown a dynamic list of events filtered by the interests selected here.

Acceptance criteria
GIVEN a user has not selected an interest
THEN The continue button is disabled and they cannot proceed

GIVEN a user selects one or more interest
WHEN they click continue
THEN their interests are saved and they are brought to the Profile Setup page

Non-functional requirements
The design should match those provided in Badger Me App
