【BUG】scroll locker样式插入位置不对 #16

在最外层设置了cssinjs StyleProvider 的container

当插入scroll locker样式时
期望结果：插入到设置的container中，
实际结果：插入到了默认header位置。

看了下代码，updateCss没有传入要插入的位置
