Is there any way to use this to catch hypothesis annotations into a mind/concept map app? Like Tinderbox or cmaptools?

As it is, no, but the basic idea could be used. You would need a service that would take an annotation (via the web hook) and store it in whatever format was most useful for the application you are interested in. Perhaps a database that could then be used to generate a file that mind map software would recognise.

Alternatively, another approach would be to use the hypothes.is API to generate an OPML file, which I gather is a format mind mapping tools often use.

Thanks for your answer.

Actually I'm very low level in coding stuff (I had to google "API" to know what this is).
The "web hook" is IFTTT?

Do you know any service that may do it? I don't even know how to look for that...

About the hypothesis RSS feed. Do you know what is the format? I may sent it directly to the mapper...
