The CLI only works to license all software to a Serial Number or a License Server. Not the best since I think there are a decent number of folks using their NI Accounts to license. It should work, though, if you have a serial number.
Oh I guess I should add steps for licensing which are somehow executed after provisioning? Maybe that would be in docker-compose?
Worst case is I convince myself we should be using Packer for this instead for superior scripting.
