Clicking on submission card links to event page instead of submission popup

If you click on a submission card it links to the page for the event which is unexpected behavior.

Instead, only a portion of the submission card could link to the event (like the text where it says event on the card) and clicking on the rest of the card could create a large popup that shows the submission image, title, description, etc.
