"New Event Assignment" should go to the page that assigns sections to an event, NOT to the page to that creates a new event.

As of right now (and what it has always been), the "new event assignment" button goes to the new events page to create a new event instead of editing the section assignments for the currently existing event.

As a temporary logical front-end "fix", the "new event assignment" button is now changed to "Create New Event" to match its current behavior (changes are in the Event User Flow Fixes pull request: #529). Ideally, it should still be called "new event assignment" button and changing its behavior to edit the section assignments for that corresponding event that exists. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out how to do it this week. /:
