Clicking on Query PACS only with default value reports "Failed to establish association" #4

Clicking on Query PACS only reports the following error:

Querying patient ID >*IHIPXA*< ...
DB open in Query
Setting Transfer Syntaxes
Negotiating Association
I: Requesting Association
Error negotiating the association: Failed to establish association
0006:0317 Peer aborted Association (or never connected)
0006:031c TCP Initialization Error: Connection timed out
Query database: /tmp/Slicer-jcfr/query.sql
