Fill in deployment docs

Deployment docs started here as part
of #134. However, there's a lot to explain, and time was exploding, so a discussion on #134 on 3/6 determined we should just finish up the tutorial for adding a model assuming you already have a service and complete the "deploy alongside an existing app in aws" docs as part of a separate issue.
