Thanks for the report. Could you please tell me which version of nvim and what OS you are running?.
Would also be helpful if you could give me a snippet of diary index so that i can see what format it is trying to insert

EDIT: I found mistake and fixed it. Please update and try? if it persists, please supply the above mentioned details
