Description

This issue is to create English and French markdown files, in similar structure to RAMP, for containing the RESPECT help documentation.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

These files will need to be linked to a button and panel in the interface. Related Epic #255.

Proposed solution

@tosellob has produced a skeleton document of sections and headings that can populate this initially. Each heading can be further fleshed out over time. When we're happy with the draft version, we can send it for translation for the French document.
