I believe some work had been done on this awhile back, we should reconsider this effort since we will be bulk migrating all of the existing Storylines products in the near future as well.

This issue will need to be addressed completely in Phase 3. Links like https://environmental-maps.canada.ca/CWS_Storylines/index-ca-en.html#/en/priority-species_especes-prioritaires#5-barren-ground-caribou are taking the user half way down the 2nd slide. This is not expected behaviour, and affects all Storylines products.
