Epic: Hicharts custom editor

Description

The UI/UX team have provided us with detailed mockups for the redesign and custom implementation of our own hicharts solution. The mockups can be found at the figma link found here.

In addition to this, they have created a clickable prototype to mock how the user will interact with the component elements.

New issues can be spun off of the following tasks as needed.

TODO

• Implement file upload (drag and drop / file system selection) and pasting functionality. This file will contain the data used to populate the charts.
• Implement data table view and data modification actions. Data displayed in the table should be shown in a preview below.
• Create basic chart templates.
• Implement chart customization options. These include title, sub-title, styling, formatting, and feature selection.
• Create a charts grid that allows easy selection of previously created charts.
• Chart JSON should be exportable / importable.
