MOD to close pop-up from 'Live captions'.

When using Live captions, if the speaker pauses for a second or two, an annoying pop-up appears:

I'm wondering if something akin to Close WinDbg's file changed dialog by @learn-more would work?

The values from WinSpy are as follows:

• Process ..: LiveCaptions.exe
• Class .......: Xaml_WindowedPopupClass
• Text .........: PopupHost

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with writing in C++.
