Upgrade to Rails 4

Would it be possible to get an upgraded version of this box for rails 4?

I forked this repo and upgraded to Ruby 2.0 / Rails 4.0. I also removed the databases and added Mongo and Redis. Take a look here and tweak as you need. I'll try to open a pull request to upgrade the original repo.
