What is the differences between jplephem in the SSEphem and jplephem of pypi.org #30

Hi,
I've install jplephem by : pip install jplephem, i found it's a different 'jplephem ' from https://pypi.org/project/jplephem/.
But i really want to use the jplephem from https://www.cv.nrao.edu/~rfisher/Python/py_solar_system.html.
Could you tell how to figure out? many thanks!
