Guzzle 7 support

There are multiple Pull Requests to address this issue.

Hello, does anyone still maintain this sdk? It would be good to upgrade guzzle to 7.0, it's a minor change and will do a lot of good

Looks like the project is abandoned.

Looks like PR #23 is merged to master! Good news, project NOT abandoned ;-)
Now, we just have to wait for the actual release of the update, or go bleeding-edge ;-)

I heard Rabobank have an external party developing the SDK for them, and they might not actively check the bugtracker in here. Only picking up work that has been agreed upon by Rabobank.
