Laser Diode Simulations

Dug out a Laser Diode simulation I did in the 1990s on a Sony device. I also downloaded some LTspice simulations. Should be useful for someone designing laser diode circuits.

Rohm RLD90QZW3 90watt IR laser diode. Rohm only has models for HP IR diodes.
Sony SLD1121VS model was done by Bob Pease in EDN.
Alexander Bordodynov made a number of "generic" devices. I added one.
Included is an Intusoft model but I didn't make a sub-circuit.
Wasn't successful getting the L650P007 to simulate properly. Works LTspice.
