S-parameter File Rectangular/Polar setting doesn't seem to function #915

The vast majority of manufacturers S-parameter files are in Polar format but Qucs always defaults to Rectangular which is OK.

However I notice the S-parameter File Rectangular/Polar setting doesn't seem to do anything. Does Qucs autodetect format?
