New Files created don't show unless Qucs-S closed #1087

Qucs will immediately show new files created in a project folder or user_lib folder.

Qucs-S will show new sch but requires you to close/restart for any other type of file or lib created.

Qucs-S does immediately show new projects if copied to the "Qucs" directory however.
